With the hot weather sticking around for longer than expected, we have been busy crocheting and knitting up some small and functional projects in KPC Gossyp. Gossyp is 100% organic cotton that has been dyed into the most vibrant and rich shades. We love using these colours for accessories like market bags and homewares to add a bit of colour.
To highlight what you can make out of this lovely cotton, we have posted below our favourite patterns.
I crocheted up this pattern in the colourway Mango and it was so lovely and quick to do. Taking just two balls of Gossyp I mangaged to complete this project within two days! You can find the pattern to this lovely market bag here
I had a bit of cotton left over from my market bag, and this scrap buster project was fantastic as using up small leftovers. Each coaster took less than 10g of DK weight cotton and it only took roughly 15 minutes to crochet up each coaster! You can find the pattern to these coasters here
This has to be our favourite knitted washcloth pattern! The slip stitch pattern is so simple to follow and creates a beautifully soft yet strong washcloth. We managed to get three washcloths out of two balls of cotton. By using the colours Sunrise and Ivory and striping the third washcloth, it made a lovely trio of washcloths which work great as gift ideas. You can also add an I-cord loop to one corner of your washcloths so you can hang them. You can find the pattern to these washcloths here
